Submit a Maintenance Request

For non-emergency maintenance requests, contact our management office. Emergency repairs (water leaks, electrical, security) should be reported immediately by phone.

On-site parking is available for residents. Contact management for parking space assignments, visitor parking passes, and EV charging information.

Package Pickup

The Clark features secured package lockers in the lobby. You'll receive a notification when a package arrives. Large deliveries should be coordinated with the management office.

Reserve the Club Room or rooftop space for private events. Advance notice required. Contact management to check availability and scheduling policies.
